This Privacy Policy explains how CleverBit Tech, LLC d/b/a "My Flight Pay" ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use My Flight Pay (the "Service").
1) Information We Collect
- Account & Profile Data: name, email, login credentials, preferences.
- Schedule & Pay‑Related Inputs: flight schedules, duty periods, airports, roles/premiums, pay parameters, and other information you enter to use features.
- Usage & Device Data: app interactions, log data, diagnostic information, device/browser type, approximate location (from IP), cookies or similar technologies.
- Support Communications: emails, messages, and other communications with us.
We do not require or intend to collect sensitive personal information (e.g., government IDs, precise geolocation) unless explicitly necessary and disclosed.
2) How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service (e.g., calculations, dashboards, route maps).
- Personalize features and remember preferences.
- Communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support.
- Monitor performance, debug, and prevent fraud or misuse.
- Enhance the application and develop new features, including by using aggregated or de‑identified data for analytics, quality, and product improvement.
No Sale of Personal Information:
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, including as "sale" is defined under applicable privacy laws (e.g., CCPA/CPRA).
3) Legal Bases (EEA/UK only)
Where required, we process personal data on bases such as contract performance, legitimate interests (e.g., service improvement and security), consent (where obtained), and compliance with legal obligations.
4) Sharing & Disclosure
We may share information with:
- Service Providers/Processors (e.g., hosting, analytics, customer support, payment processors) under contracts requiring them to use data only on our behalf and protect it appropriately.
- Legal/Compliance when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of the Service.
- Business Transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not provide employers or labor organizations with your personal information except at your explicit direction or where required by law.
5) Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When no longer needed, we take steps to delete or de‑identify data.
6) Your Choices & Rights
- Account Controls: You can update certain profile settings in the app.
- Access, Correction, Deletion: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
- Marketing: You may opt out of non‑essential emails via unsubscribe links.
- Cookies: Browser settings may allow you to manage cookies; some features may rely on cookies to function.
- EEA/UK/California Rights: If you are in these jurisdictions, you may have additional rights (e.g., portability, restriction/objection, not to be discriminated against for exercising rights). We honor these rights consistent with applicable law.
7) Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8) International Data Transfers
If you access the Service from outside the country where our systems are hosted, your information may be transferred to and processed in other jurisdictions. We implement appropriate safeguards where required by law.
9) Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or older age as defined by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us to request deletion.

We may update this Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide appropriate notice (e.g., in‑app notice or email). Your continued use after the effective date signifies acceptance.

- Not Affiliated with American Airlines. My Flight Pay is a supplemental tool only.
- Always Verify in AA Systems. Use AA systems for report/release times, schedule changes, and payroll.
- No Sale of Personal Information. We may use aggregated/de‑identified data to improve the app but do not sell personal information.
