My Flight Pay — Terms of Use

Important Notice: My Flight Pay is developed independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by American Airlines, Inc. "American Airlines" and related marks are the property of their respective owners and are referenced for identification purposes only. My Flight Pay is a supplemental tool and does not replace any American Airlines scheduling, payroll, or official communication systems. Always rely on American Airlines' official systems for authoritative information.

1) Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using My Flight Pay (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use (the "Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2) Who We Are

3) Eligibility & Account

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to form a binding contract.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.

4) Scope of the Service (Supplemental Tool)

My Flight Pay provides calculators, analytics, and visualizations intended to help flight attendants estimate pay, track schedules, and view career statistics.
The Service may not reflect real‑time or complete information and may contain errors or delays.
Authoritative Source: American Airlines' official systems (e.g., scheduling portals, company communications, payroll systems) are the sole source of truth for report/release times, assignments, schedule changes, payroll, and compliance requirements.

5) No Affiliation; No Replacement of Official Systems

The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by American Airlines.
The Service is not a substitute for American Airlines' official systems. You agree to verify all critical information (including report/release times and schedule changes) in the relevant company systems before acting.

6) User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use the Service in compliance with applicable laws, employer policies, and collective bargaining agreements.
Verify all report/release times, schedule changes, and pay details in American Airlines' official systems before relying on or acting upon any information displayed by the Service.
Not use the Service to violate any contractual obligations or workplace policies.

7) Prohibited Conduct

You will not:

Misuse, reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.
Upload unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content.
Attempt to access accounts or data without authorization.
Infringe or misappropriate intellectual property rights of any party.

8) Subscription, Billing, and Trials

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing intervals, and renewal terms will be disclosed at checkout.
Subscriptions may auto‑renew until canceled. You can cancel via your account settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Fees are non‑refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated at the time of purchase.

12) Disclaimers of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CleverBit Tech, LLC d/b/a "My Flight Pay" disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. 13) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

CleverBit Tech, LLC d/b/a "My Flight Pay" and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.
My Flight Pay shall not be responsible or liable for any missed assignments, late reports, pay discrepancies, scheduling conflicts, or disciplinary action taken against you. You agree that you are solely responsible for confirming all report/release times, schedule changes, and official determinations in American Airlines' systems.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or $100 if no fees were paid.

14) Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CleverBit Tech, LLC d/b/a "My Flight Pay" from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15) Third‑Party Services & Links

The Service may reference or link to third‑party services (including American Airlines systems). We do not control and are not responsible for third‑party services. Your use of third‑party services is subject to their terms and privacy policies.

16) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including if we believe you violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, but sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification) will survive.

17) Changes to the Service & Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide notice (e.g., in‑app notice or email). Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
